Doctor Assistant runs on your own Windows PC — patients, prescriptions, and printable Rx, all without a single dropped connection slowing down your day. Built simple, on purpose, for doctors who just want to see patients.
No internet, no problem. Every patient record, note, and prescription lives on your own machine and just works — sync happens quietly when you're back online.
Structured medicines, dosage, and instructions — laid out on a proper A4 prescription with your clinic letterhead, ready to hand to the patient.
One phone number, many patients under it — the way households actually share a line in real practice, not the way most software assumes they do.
Plain, large, uncluttered screens designed for doctors who'd rather see one more patient than fight with software. No multi-step wizards, no clutter.
Real screens from the app — shown with sample/placeholder data, not a mockup.
A mobile number can be shared by an entire family — multiple patients can exist under the same number, the way households actually share a line.
Explore adding patients
Search, add, or bulk-import your own medicines from a CSV — this catalog is reused across every prescription you write.

Explore writing a prescription
Rendered at true A4 print proportions with your clinic's own letterhead — what you see on screen is exactly what prints.

Open the Help page inside the app anytime and click Check for Updates (this one step needs an internet connection) — if a newer version is available, you'll see what's new and can download and install it with one click. Nothing checks or downloads automatically in the background, so your clinic PC is never interrupted mid-visit, and the rest of the app keeps working offline as always.
Doctor sign-up is launching soon. In the meantime, reach out and we'll get your clinic set up directly.
